What does my growth manager do?
Your named growth manager helps shape your roadmap, review performance, prioritize improvements, and coordinate platform work. Meeting cadence and included service time are agreed during onboarding.
Is ongoing marketing execution included?
Ultra includes the platform and growth-manager support. Grow adds separately scoped hands-on campaign, creative, content, and marketing execution. Bespoke development is also scoped separately.
How do the 10,000 AI credits work?
100 credits equals $1 of usage value. A Nova voice minute consumes 100 credits, so the allowance supports up to 100 minutes when used entirely for voice. Chat and other AI tasks share the wallet at rates confirmed before activation. Top-ups are available; extra credits do not unlock paid features.
What costs are separate?
The one-time website design package starts at $1,000. Standard Nova activation is included in Ultra. Additional usage, payment processing, external provider fees, bespoke development, and separately scoped agency execution are extra.
Can I upgrade from Website or Pro?
Yes. The platform is designed around the same website foundation. We review your existing setup, required modules, and any additional build or integration work before agreeing on your upgrade.
